I lost the love of my life 7 months ago, the best Mom ever, I miss her so much, writing the poems helps. Thanks for reading. I don’t know how I would get through this without sharing❤️❤️

What an adventure
Going to the magic forest
Playing games
Hiding from one another
Scary fun
At twilight we always meet under the skinny tree that houses the big, friendly squirrels
We walk home together
Hand in hand
Laughing in the darkness
Tonight you didn’t show
Alone, I can’t find my way back home
I can’t make my way through this crooked world without you
Without you
I am completely lost
Yet, while writing this poem a dragonfly sits on my notebook
The dragonfly is looking straight into my eyes
The dragonfly must be a sign that I will find you again someday
So I say out loud to you, the sky and anyone else who will listen
